This week has been an amazing reminder of coming to the maturity of our real selves from the highs of spirituality.

It is such an incredible gift to be called to integrate more deeply into ourselves. Often I have missed the innocence and love of when I dove deeply my spiritual journey over 20 years ago. At first, came nourishment…tremendous nourishment. Amazing bliss. The highs of spirituality.

Yet, no one told me at that time that with incredible openings comes the opportunity to cleanse our conditioning – our wounds, traumas, issues. Not just from the mind and aligning our hearts, but in our bodies. This isn’t an option – to bypass our conditioning. Because eventually even if we bypass, it brings us to our knees.

This gift came later and an integral part of my studies with my teacher in Diamond Logos teachings. I really struggled. Through struggle, fruition. Fruition of returning to myself. This is an ongoing process. Daunting. Terrifying. Full of shame. And, the fruition is more and more embodied and living experience of our incredible nature.

And, so beautiful to see my clients going through this. Getting it. This is not play. Or just the highs of spirituality. This is maturity. Embodied. We transform from our ego/personality in the body to who we really are. More amazing than we can imagine ourselves to be.
