About Me

Holistic, Somatic, and Psychospiritual Therapy and Psychospiritual Mentoring

For adults and seekers ready to reclaim their soul’s essence.

Welcome.

I offer psychospiritual therapy and mentoring for adults who want to reclaim the beauty and preciousness of who they truly are. And cultivate skillful means to navigate in this life as your authentic self.

I also work with spiritual seekers—those who feel inspired by the deeper call of the soul and wish to evolve in their inner journey.

My Approach

For many years, I worked as a therapist with children and adults with tremendously challenging lives and circumstances. One truth became clear to me: resilience is inherent in all of us. Often, it lies buried under layers of conditioning, trauma, and reflection from the world around us.

The part of them that was resilient lay untapped. I saw the work as tapping into the inherent beauty and flowering of each person I worked with. It is always there—waiting to be seen, felt, and honored.

Through deep psychospiritual work, I support individuals in reconnecting with this inner essence. I don’t just work with symptoms or behaviors. I meet you at the level of your soul, where the truth of who you are—beyond your wounds, beyond your ego—can begin to shine again.

When the ego isn’t fully built (in the case of working with children with trauma) or when illness breaks up layers of ego, there is a beauty and preciousness that shines through. While many people struggle with death, for me time with my father during the time he was terminally ill was like going for the “honey” — a delicious experience of being in his presence, of tuning into my own soul and his soul.

Experiences of heavy trauma or a terminal illness shatter our egos to support the shining through of our true selves. There are other ways to tap into ourselves so fully such as through practices of meditation, mindful movement and inner inquiry.

In the case of my father, the more his illness progressed, the more I was tuned in to how powerful and capable my father was on the soul level. In those final months, I truly felt connected with my father on his journey of play, joy, expansion, and unconditional love. This was made possible by my deep commitment to spiritual practice, the teachings unfolding experientially, and my ability to stay present.

Being with children with trauma, or someone ready to say yes to their inner transformation, or being with someone in transition can be so similar. My work is to connect with the person beyond the ego, in the hidden realms, grounded in deep silence and embodied awareness.

A Path of Love and Return

Coming back into ourselves, into our Being and our Soul is a journey. Sometimes it isn’t so easy. I have personally been walking on this path. I understand the bumps on the journey back to ourselves and how tricky our egos can be even on the path of growth and transformation. Especially when we leave out the wounded parts of us back where they were originally wounded.

Yet, at the core of this journey is love—even when we don’t see it. It is this love that brings us back home. And it is love that we need to flourish in our lives.

The time has come to turn your heart into a temple of fire.

Your essence is gold hidden in dust.

To reveal its splendor, you need to burn in the fire of Love.

My Journey

I am a South Asian Indian woman who immigrated to the U.S. in early adolescence. My first career was as a software engineer — until my own inner discontent and yearning sparked a two-decade journey of deep spiritual and psychological transformation.

Today, I am a licensed psychotherapist and psychospiritual teacher who blends clinical expertise with spiritual wisdom. I received my Master’s Degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, specializing in holistic, integrative psychology.

My training includes:

  • Retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, Spirit Rock, and SN Goenka’s Vipassana, and with Amma
  • A wide range of modalities: yoga, meditation, inner release work, and somatic therapies
  • 15+ years immersed in the Diamond Logos Teachings, a lineage that integrates psychology, traditional and new age spirituality, somatic work, and spiritual essence

I am currently a Diamond Logos teacher-in-training, under the direct guidance of Faisal Muqaddam, the founder of the school.
