You are warmly invited to join our free Saturday morning sessions at Arlington Park in El Cerrito, CA — open to all.

When: Saturdays, 10–11am PST

Where: Meet by the benches near the community center, Arlington Park, El Cerrito

Please register so I know you’re coming.

Coming Soon –  Rediscovering Our Feminine Essence: From Survival to Stillness and Abundance

This circle is for any woman ready to come home to herself — regardless of background, culture, or spiritual path. An open heart and a willingness to explore inward is all you need.

Women today are often in “survival-mode”—mastering the art of doing everything, yet feeling increasingly disconnected from themselves. When we operate solely from this place of high-functioning “doing,” we lose our internal rhythm. The result is a quiet epidemic of exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and a deep sense of being “lost” even when we are achieving.

Reclaiming Your Natural State

Feminine essence is not a role or a performance; it is a state of being essential for a woman’s well-being. In our current age, many of us have tilted so far into our protective “masculine” drive to navigate the world that we have moved out of our natural state.

How do we return to our center? This is a frontier. As our roles in society shift, we have lost the ancient balance between our inner fire and our inner flow. This group is about validating our struggles without getting lost in them—moving beyond the fight and into a space of profound remembrance.

From Mastering ‘Doing’ to the Art of ‘Being’

You’ve spent years mastering the ‘doing.’ Now, learn the art of ‘being.’ This isn’t just a self-care group; it’s a homecoming.

In this circle, we don’t just talk about the feminine; we breathe it, feel it, and ground it in the body. We lean into the wisdom of somatic presence and the sacred energy that has always been our birthright, but may have gone dormant under the weight of expectations.

What We Cultivate Together:

  • The Body as Home: Moving out of the head and back into the richness of physical sensation.

  • Deep Restfulness: Learning that stillness is a form of power, not a lack of productivity.

  • Embodied Pleasure: Rediscovering the joy and love that live in a regulated nervous system.

  • Presence over Performance: Moving from “survival-mode feminine” to a radiant, authentic essence.

When women gather in presence, something beautiful awakens. This is a space of discovery and cultivation for the woman who is ready to move out of exhaustion and back into her own unique light.

Is this invitation for you?

This space is held for the woman who is ready to move out of the cycle of exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout. If you feel “lost” in the demands of your daily life—whether through health issues or a general sense of being “disconnected”—this is your invitation to find your way back.

This group is for you if you are ready to:

  • Shift from a state of “survival” to your natural balance.

  • Inhabit your body as a place of pleasure and love, rather than just a tool for work.

  • Trade chronic “doing” for the power of deep restfulness.

  • Commit to a journey of shared discovery with a small, dedicated circle of women.

Please fill out the interest form above. Your answers are sacred to me; they help me understand who you are and ensure this group is woven to support exactly what you are looking for at this time. I am looking for at least a few, committed core of women to begin this journey.

Reclaiming our Inheritance – Introductory Workshop for South Asian and Middle Eastern Women

This workshop is designed to re-member and re-awaken the Eastern woman in her richness and beauty within us. Many of us have forgotten and left her behind that because of many reasons including westernization and also cultural oppression and wounds. Yet, she is dormant within us waiting to be remembered and to come to life in our daily lives again.

Intricate bronze statues of Radha and Krishna symbolizing sacred feminine-masculine union—a representation of cultural inheritance for South Asian and Middle Eastern women.

How do Eastern women return to the richness of our culture, especially with the western influence infiltrating world wide? How do we release what wasn’t working for us as Eastern women, but reclaim the goodness that we experienced from our traditions? Often the goodness is forgotten by us, as we “threw out the baby with the bath water”. If you would like to explore and ignite again what is YOURS and find your own unique path back to your richness and beauty, join us for this introductory workshop.

Join us for this workshop where you will:

  • Practice a short guided meditation(s) to center into the moment (meditation experience not necessary)
  • Discuss to remember again and enliven the richness of women from South Asian and Middle Eastern cultures
  • Receive and connect with guided visualization and transmission
  • Set intentions so you can take this forward into your life

Reclaiming our Inheritance Workshop is over. Please email me if you are interested in a future group — ruchika [at] ruchikamehta [dot] com. You could also sign up for my email list to be notified when I start a group.
