A Journey to Reclaim Your True Self. And cultivate skillful means to navigate in this life as your authentic self.

If you are navigating spiritual awakening, seeking personal growth, or yearning to transform your suffering into wholeness, psychospiritual integration offers a grounded and integrative path. These sessions combine psychological insight, body awareness, and spiritual inquiry.

Whether life feels challenging or you sense a quiet longing for deeper meaning, this work supports you in living more fully, authentically, and enriched in your daily life.

What is Psychospiritual Integration?

Psychospiritual Integration combines modern psychology, body awareness, and spiritual inquiry to support your healing and awakening. Unlike traditional therapy or spirituality alone, this work helps you:

– Transform psychological blocks and emotional pain

– Reconnect with your essential spiritual qualities (strength, love, clarity, peace)

– Integrate your mind, body, and spirit for authentic living

– Navigate spiritual awakening with grounded support

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, using tools such as inquiry, meditation, somatic exercises, and energetic attunement to help your inner wisdom emerge.

How This Work is Different

What Traditional therapy, Mindfulness Practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work offer :

  • Ego support, emotional processing
  • Awareness and nervous system support
  • Inner parts healing

What Traditional therapy, Mindfulness Practices and IFS/Parts Work miss :

  • Spiritual depth, essence integration
  • Spiritual mapping and essence embodiment

How Psychospiritual Integration Differs :

  • Integrates psychology with spiritual essence and somatic presence
  • Engages fully with emotional and spiritual experience
  • Bridges parts work with essence and embodiment
  • A unified and original path of embodied psychospiritual healing

This work draws from a new body of knowledge, not simply combining traditions, but synthesizing them into a unified path of transformation.

Who This Work Is For

  • People feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from their true self
  • Those wanting healing beyond therapy or spirituality alone

About the Foundation of My Work

My psychospiritual integration sessions are deeply informed by my personal study and experience with the Diamond Logos teachings, developed by Faisal Muqaddam. This profound path has shaped my understanding of how spiritual essence, psychological healing, and embodied presence interweave in the journey of awakening and transformation.

While these sessions are my own offering, the Diamond Logos teachings have provided a clear and rich framework for recognizing the essential qualities within us.

How this influences our sessions:

  • The Map of Essence: We use a clear framework to recognize essential qualities within you—such as strength, clarity, love, and peace—and understand how they become obscured.

  • A Unified Path: This is not simply a blend of traditions, but a “new body of knowledge” that treats psychological healing and spiritual awakening as a single, integrated process.

  • Embodied Transformation: We focus on reclaiming your True Self not as an idea, but as a lived, felt experience in your daily life.
