Meditations outdoors can be an incredible way to nourish and slow down. The elements, the feeling of the air on your skin, sounds of birds and, the tall beautiful trees can support us in connecting with spaciousness, our hearts and ease, even if we’re in the midst of a city.
Join us for Fridays meditation/presencing in the park 12:15 pm – 1 pm. Free to attend. In El Cerrito, California.
We’ll start with light stretching, walking mindfully and end with some sitting meditation.
Please bring a chair or cushion for the sitting portion.
